Preorder Order Production time: Please allow up to 8-11 weeks after the close of a round for fabrics to arrive. Sometimes there can be delays and can take longer but I will keep you informed of any delays.

Retail Notes: Retail orders ship within 5-7 business days unless there is a discount sale. Please expect extended turnaround times during retail sales due to the higher order volume in a short timeframe. Please note that sometimes an items will oversell from our website- if this happens we will either refund that item or ask if you would like to swap something else. While we do try to keep our inventory counts updated and accurate but sometimes discrepancies occur. 

Return/Cancellation policy: We are unable to cancel any orders once they are submitted even if they are incorrect. Please double check your order and make sure it is correct before submitting. We will refund/replace flawed/damaged fabric- see details below. 

We inspect the fabrics to the best of our ability. High quality fabric is very important to us, as even we use it for our handmade clothing shop.  Due to the nature of custom digital printing, there are no refunds or returns unless fabric is flawed. Flaws smaller than a quarter will not be discounted. It is common to have small flaws on digitally printed fabric (tiny speckles or dots). Inspect your fabric for flaws, as you are required to notify us within 7 days of receiving. Please email us at info@whimsicalfabricdesigns.com

Shipping: We are based in the Raleigh, North Carolina USA, and ship worldwide. Orders are shipped by USPS with tracking and $50.00 of insurance. We are not responsible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout. I will refund any shipping overages. 

Combining orders: We do not combine orders.

Continuous yardage: We try to do continuous yardage when possible but cannot guarantee that.
