This is glow in the dark vinyl to be used for bags and accessories. Characters will be approximately 2.5". This vinyl needs to charge in the sun, with a bright light, blacklight etc. The more light you give it, the brighter and longer it glows. All have a green glow unless otherwise stated. Only a select few prints have blue glow which yields a more subtle glow.
